Musea Brugge Card: FAQ

The Musea Brugge Card is a 72-hour city card that gives visitors one-off admission to 12 of the most important museums and sights in Bruges, including the Belfort, the Groeningemuseum and the Stadhuis.

The Musea Brugge Card costs 33,00 EUR for an adult. There is a reduced price for people under the age of 26 and young people.

Children up to the age of 12 have free admission to the museums and monuments of Bruges (exception: Belfry, 6 years). There is therefore no extra Musea Brugge Card for them. The following prices apply for people up to the age of 25:

  • Teenagers 13-17 years: 17,00 EUR
  • Young people 18-25 years: 25,00 EUR

You can buy the Musea Brugge Card online, for example via Tiqets. The card will then either be sent to you or will be available online on your smartphone.

The Musea Brugge Card is activated the first time it is used in one of the participating museums or attractions. The 72-hour validity period of the card begins at this point. To activate the card, simply show it when you enter the first museum.

Yes, if you buy the Musea Brugge Card at Tiqets, you can cancel it free of charge up to 24 hours before the start.

Reservations are not obligatory, but are recommended for some attractions such as the Belfry, as the number of visitors per hour is limited.

The Musea Brugge Card can be used during the opening hours of the participating attractions. Please note that museums and some attractions in particular have one closing day per week.

Yes, with the Musea Brugge Card you can go straight to the entrance and don't have to queue at the ticket counter.

Yes, you can buy the Musea Brugge Card for several people.

No, with the Musea Brugge Card each attraction can only be visited once. After visiting an attraction for the first time, the ticket is validated electronically so that it is not possible to visit the same attraction again.

No, the Musea Brugge Card is purely a museum card and does not entitle you to use local public transport.
